The Essence of Noble Leadership

Marrying institutional and personal powers for a worthy cause

Individuals follow two kinds of people: Those with institutional power and those with personal power. What are these powers and how do they work? All great leaders are not necessarily good leaders. Great leaders with tremendous institutional power do not really lead, they dictate. Great leaders with both institutional and personal power move mountains, but if motivated by their ego can cause great destruction. The objective is to be a great good leader, marrying institutional and personal power for a noble cause.
