Philosophy

Philosophy is the love and pursuit of wisdom. To succeed in life, and especially as a leader, it is critical to know what you stand for, articulate what you believe, and allow principles to guide your behavior.

JD’s philosophy is a combination of the following core values, beliefs, and guiding principles.

Primary Principle

What binds us is far greater than what divides us. This Binding Force is everywhere and everything and it is the most powerful force in the universe. Within this Binding Force;

We are pure energy, photons, light; we are eternal spirits.

Everything is interconnected and interdependent. Separation is an illusion.

We have invisible gifts to hear, see, feel, and know, to create wonders for ourselves, loved ones, and the greater good.

Core Values

By trusting in others we are trusted. Trust is comprised of four elements – intent, integrity, competency, and results.
Saying what you mean, meaning what you say, and standing by your convictions.

Believing in something greater than ourselves that binds all of humanity.

Sharing our gifts and abilities to help others.

Showing sympathy and empathy for those in need.

Forgiving those who cause us suffering, especially ourselves.

Being boldly authentic to who and what we are with no pretenses, regrets, or apologies.

Being the same person in all aspects of life.

Sharing information and knowledge with each other and clearly stating our intentions and motivations.

Being thankful and expressing appreciation for all that we have received.
